Multifaith SA Web Site Management Policy

Policy Statement
- The Executive Committee has responsibility for the management of content on the
MultifaithSA Website.
- The Executive Committee may delegate responsibility for inputting and maintaining
the website however accountability for any content that is shown on the website remains
with the Executive Committee, at its sole discretion.
- The MultifaithSA website may host links to other organisations related to or
affiliated with the Multifaith Association of South Australia Inc providing that the
activities of the organisation are in line with the vision and goals of the Multifaith
Association of South Australia Inc.
- Activities and events promoted through the Multifaith website must be inline with
the vision and goals of the Multifaith Association of South Australia Inc.
- Only organisations and/or individuals who are current financial members may be
listed on the MultifaithSA website.
- Organisations and individuals must renew their registration for inclusion of
information on the MultifaithSA website annually.
- Organisations wishing to register, or renew their registration, for the MultifaithSA
website must ensure that the "Inclusion of Information on the MultifaithSA Website"
registration form is authorised by at least one member of the Executive Committee
(Chairperson, Secretary or Treasurer) of the 'named' organisation.
Procedures
- In the initial establishment of the MultifaithSA website past and prospective members
of MultifaithSA should be invited to register for inclusion on the MultifatihSA website.
- Thereafter, "Inclusion of Information on the MultifaithSA Website" registration
forms should be sent to existing financial members annually.
- Prospective members should receive the "Inclusion of Information on the MultifaithSA
Website" form at the same time they receive information about the aims and purposes of
Multifaith Association of South Australia Inc and the membership form.
